Rebecca Kincer Obituary

Rebecca Kincer - Devoted wife of Fred Kincer, Sr. for 38 years. Loving mother of Fred (Rayan) Kincer, Jr. and Samantha (Adam McLaughlin) KIncer. Stepmother to Chad and Eric Kincer and adopted mother of Courtney Hudson. Dear grandmother of 11 grandchildren. Cherished daughter of Carl Walls, Sr. and the late Bernice Gulley. Beloved sister of Teresa Walls and the late Carl Walls Jr. Passed away, July 10, 2020, age 52. During the COVID-19 Pandemic restrictive guidelines will be observed: practicing "SAFE DISTANCING"; limiting to 50 people or less in the funeral home at one time; and requiring visitors to wear a mask. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 17th from 6-8 pm at the funeral home. Funeral service will be on Saturday at 10 am at the funeral home. Burial in Bearcreek Hillgrove Cemetery.
