William (Billy) Michael Fultz, 35, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday July 20, 2021 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Billy was born on January 8, 1986 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was an avid Bengals fan, he loved to play basketball and was a very talented artist. Billy was very kindhearted and would help anyone. Billy was preceded in death by his wife Amber Fultz, paternal grandmother Pamela Fultz, brother Jonathan Fultz and one nephew, Leo Justice.

Billy is survived by his mother, Allision (Steve) Hartman, his father, Jeffrey (Angela) Fultz, and maternal grandparents William and Andrea Farewell. Billy is also survived by his Paternal grandfather James Fultz, his children, Tyler Justice, Cameron, Alyssa, Brayleigh and Michael Fultz. He is also survived by his brother Nick (Emily) Justice, his sister Carlee Fultz, step sister Bobbie (Philip) Crawford, and step brother Steven (Kelsy) Hartman. Billy is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Billy will be missed by all who knew him.

A VISITATION will be held on Sunday July 25, 2021 from 5 PM until the time of service at 7 PM at the Fairborn Free Will Baptist Church, 16 Edna Avenue Fairborn, Ohio 45324 with Rev.
