Loving mother of Roger Ferguson. Dear aunt to Pam Harris Elkins. Beloved mother-in-law of Patricia Frank. Kathleen is also survived by her longtime significant other Marvin Eby and lifelong friend Mary Wilson. Preceded in death by 12 siblings. Passed away, August 27, 2020, age 76. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, restrictive guidelines will be observed: practicing "SAFE DISTANCING"; limiting to 50 people or less in the funeral home at one time; and requiring visitors to wear a mask. Visitation will take place on Friday, September 4, at Brough Funeral Home, 102 s. 2nd St., Miamisburg, from 11am until time of funeral service at 1 pm. Interment at Evergreen Cemetery.
