Loving mother of Robert Troxell IV and Joseph Troxell; dear grandmother of Tristan Nolan Troxell; beloved sister of Patricia Neal, Cheryl Hester, and Bill Blazer; cherished daughter of Velma Chloe Taylor and the late William J. Blazer; former wife of Robert Troxell III. Passed away, January 20, 2023, age 66. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 6 pm until time of funeral service at 7 pm.
