Loving father Trella (Elige White) Collin's and the late April Fugate; dear grandfather to 9 grandchildren; beloved brother of Gary Fugate and Marlous (Rose) Napier, and Angeline Fugate; preceded in death by his siblings Johnnie Fugate, Linda Miller, Alvin Fugate, and his great grandchild Liam Campbell.; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Passed away February 2, 2025, age 66. Visitation will be held Wednesday at Brough funeral home from 11:30 AM until time of funeral service at 12:30 PM
